Terms

Protect your access

You are responsible for your master password, your devices and your backups. Keep the recovery codes each service gives you when you turn on two-factor sign-in. Nobody, including us, can reset your master password or decrypt your vault, so losing it and your backups can mean losing access for good.

The service

The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available. Codes are made on your device and work offline once unlocked. Keep an encrypted backup and check that you can restore it.

Plans and payment

Free is free. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in US dollars or Nigerian naira, and Teams per person per month; prices are on the pricing page. A paid period runs to its end even if you cancel. If a payment fails or is not renewed, your account returns to Free: nothing is deleted, devices beyond the Free limit pause syncing until you remove one, and Trash and history are kept for the Free period. Security features are never part of a paid plan.

Refunds

If you are charged in error or the service does not work for you, ask within 14 days of a payment for a refund.

Your data

Your vault remains yours. It is encrypted on your devices and the server cannot read it. These terms do not limit rights that the law where you live gives you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losing access to an account because a master password, device, recovery code or backup was lost.
